You may be eligible for a free or low cost women's health exam with mammogram and pap test if you are:
- age 40 to 64
- have limited income
- have no insurance or limited insurance
Breast Cancer Screening Recommendations
Ages 40 to 49:
- Mammogram every 1 or 2 years
- Clinic breast exam every year
- Breast self-exam every month
Age 50 plus:
- Mammogram every year
- Clinic breast exam every year
- Breast self-exam every month
Cervical Cancer Screening Recommendations
- Pelvic exam every year
- Pap test every 1 to 3 years as recommended by your health care provider
